Individual Governor Profile
Type of Governor: Parent Governor
Reasons for becoming a Governor:
Becoming a governor at Richard Clarke has been an ambition of mine since my first child started at School, I absolutely love the school, its pupils and staff and what it stands for in our community. I believe that every child is unique and can achieve anything with proper support. I am looking forward to contributing to the school and its growth in the future.

I am a trained nurse and currently work in the NHS for screening services with primary school children. My job is brilliant, I love working with children, and no two days are ever the same. The challenges of public health are constantly adapting to patient needs and that keeps my job interesting and diverse. In my spare time I run an additional needs support group for parents at the school, which I really enjoy. One of the best bits is developing home work packs for children and new ideas with teaching staff.
I am a keen artist, and have a great interest in British history so hopefully I will be able to use my passion for these subjects with Richard Clarke. I live in Abbots Bromley with my three children.
