Mrs J. Kennedy

Hello, I’m Mrs Kennedy and I am very happy to have become part of life here at Richard Clarke.

I have two sons and watching their progress through school has given me a real interest in the education system after working for the Prison Service for 20 years.

I spend my time watching a lot of football as both my sons play and we are season ticket holders at Birmingham City.  As a family, we enjoy eating out and going on holiday to Devon.

Mrs L. Harley-Russell

Hello, I am Mrs Harley-Russell, and I am delighted to have joined the wonderful team at Richard Clarke. The school holds a very special place in my heart, as I have fond memories of my time here as a student. It is a real privilege to work alongside such inspiring and dedicated members of staff.

I hold a degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy and am passionate about supporting children and helping others to thrive. The school’s commitment to creating a nurturing environment built on kindness, respect and resilience closely aligns with my own values and beliefs, particularly in supporting children to understand and express their emotions in positive and healthy ways.

Outside of school, I am a proud mum to my son and enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I also love baking, going to the gym, reading and attending the theatre.
